CURRICULUM

Imagination Station Learning Centers strives to direct the development of the “whole child” – intellectually, emotionally, socially and physically.

Our primary goal is to provide a safe, secure and enriched environment with a variety of exciting learning experiences. We are committed to nurturing each child’s progress through these experiences and approaching each child in a positive and consistent manner. Each child comes to us as a unique and precious individual with a variety of experiences and relationships.

By far, the most important aspect of the child is how they feel about themselves. When the children are successful in their challenges, they feel good! They look to us for new challenges, experiences and adventures to aid them in a positive direction of their growth. “Learning Through Play” is a proven component of Early Childhood Education.

Imagination Station Learning Centers provide a child-centered environment with activity and interest centers- art, blocks, books, computer, dramatic play, dress up, housekeeping, music, science- in all classrooms. Each classroom is well equipped and designed to be developmentally appropriate to fully enhance, nurture and maximize the daycare experience.

Imagination Station Learning Centers provide an age-appropriate curriculum to the children enrolled. Through creative weekly and monthly planned activities, discussions, adventures (internal and external resources) and much more, the children will accomplish a self empowered base of knowledge. While providing small group instruction in each classroom, our staff is also trained to focus on the children’s individual needs.
