Program Director, Avon- Victoria DiCostanzo

As a Program Director and Educational Consultant, Victoria has worked with A Place To Grow Company since 2010. Victoria is one of Cheryl’s daughters. She has had the opportunity to work at all of our locations and she is extremely excited that she is currently working at our Avon Location. Victoria describes this center as home; she has had so many fun memories of this center since she was a child. Victoria used to attend this center as a child up until she graduated preschool and continued the center as a school-ager.

Victoria feels that she plays an important role as the owner’s daughter.  She loves making sure that it is a fun, safe, and strong curriculum-based program for the children and the staff. Victoria holds an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education as well as a Head Teacher certificate issued by the office of Early Childhood education. Victoria is also the educational consultant for two of our locations. In doing this, she oversees classroom curriculum, making sure staff are implementing the curriculum and that there is age appropriate equipment and activities.

Victoria is currently attending school at Goodwin College in their Nursing Program. Working with children medically has inspired her to pursue a career in the Pediatric Field. When she is not working, she enjoys taking care of and playing with her 2 year old chocolate Labrador. Victoria and her Husband love to travel to Maine and Vermont as much as they can. They love going to Maine beaches and to a friend’s cabin in the middle of nowhere. It’s so relaxing and beautiful. Victoria’s favorite color is Blue and also enjoys playing Piano.
